This was surprisingly good. I had been using vegan broth flavorings or vegan ramen flavorings for textured vegetable protein, but the sodium content was absurd. I then found this beef flavoring, along with their pork and fried chicken flavoring. I heat water to a boil, remove it from heat, and then add this or one of the other savory flavors to the water and then add the dried textured vegetable protein to hydrate it. The TVP absorbs the flavoring, and it is amazing. So much better than the sodium filled broth powders I've found, and you can use as much as you want without adding absurd amounts of sodium. Really took my dinners up to a new level, will absolutely be ordering more of this!
