Shipping Range

  • Countries: We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
  • Future Expansion: We’re actively working to expand our shipping services to more locations worldwide.

Shipping Costs

  • Within the United States:
    • Free shipping on orders over $50.
    • An average flat rate of $4.99-$12.99 for orders under $50.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination and weight, calculated at checkout.
  • Discounts:  Free Shipping on orders over $200.  Free Shipping Discount cannot be combined with any other discounts and cannot be used in a Wholesale Order.  

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the same day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 3-5 business days.
    • International: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Business Days: Shipping occurs Monday to Friday.
  • Important Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Missing Items Procedure
