Shipping Policy

This page explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled once they leave our facility. Please review before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the following business day
  • During sales events or peak periods, processing times may be longer

Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include transit time.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

We ship orders using UPS and USPS, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Expedited or overnight shipping options may be available for an additional cost.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier. Please allow time for tracking scans to update after shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping is available.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees may be subject to additional charges or restocking fees

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Some products may be restricted from international shipment due to local regulations

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or local delivery offices.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged items
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Your order number
