Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on flavorings once they have left our facility.
Because flavorings are consumable products, we cannot verify how they are stored, handled, or used after delivery. For safety and quality reasons, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.
Product Performance & Use
Flavor performance can vary based on factors outside of our control, including:
- Application type
- Usage amount
- Storage conditions
- Environmental factors such as heat, light, and air exposure
For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not provided based on performance, preference, or results.
Order Accuracy
Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect items ordered
- Incorrect sizes or quantities
- Orders placed in error
Once an order has been placed, it begins processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, include:
- Photos of the items received
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Your order number

We encourage customers to try smaller sizes before committing to larger quantities. This allows you to evaluate flavor performance in your specific application and conditions before purchasing in bulk.
