Our products are professional-grade, unsweetened flavorings designed to add flavor with control and flexibility. They are not extracts and do not contain added sugar or built-in sweeteners.

Flavor Components

Our flavorings are made using natural and or artificial flavoring ingredients. These components are responsible for the aroma and taste of each flavor profile.

Natural flavoring ingredients are derived from plant or animal sources. Artificial flavoring ingredients are synthetically produced to provide consistency, stability, and reliable flavor performance.

Both are commonly used throughout the food and beverage industry.

Carriers

Carriers are used to evenly distribute flavor and ensure consistency during use. The carrier used depends on the specific flavor and format.

Common carriers include:

  • Propylene Glycol (PG)
  • Vegetable Glycerin (VG)
  • Ethyl Alcohol
  • MCT Oil (derived from coconut)
  • Soybean Oil or Sunflower Oil

Each carrier serves a functional purpose and supports different applications.

Powdered Flavorings

Powdered flavorings are made using:

  • Maltodextrin (derived from corn, rice, or potatoes)
  • Silicon dioxide (used as an anti-caking agent)
  • Natural and or artificial flavoring ingredients

Powdered flavors contain no added sweeteners, no added sugar, and no soy.

What Our Flavorings Do Not Contain

  • No added sugar

  • No finished or ready-made food products

These flavorings are designed to be added to a base, allowing you to control strength, sweetness, and final taste.

What's the difference between a flavor concentrate and an extract?

An extract typically carries flavor in alcohol or water and is dosed by the teaspoon. A concentrate is far more potent, carries flavor in a carrier suited to the application (PG, oil, or a powder base), and is dosed by the drop or by weight percentage. Is propylene glycol safe to eat?

Propylene glycol is FDA-approved as a food additive and is widely used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical products as a solvent and humectant. As with any ingredient, individuals with specific sensitivities or medical conditions should review product documentation and consult a healthcare provider with questions about their own diet.

Are your flavorings gluten-free?

Maltodextrin used in our powdered flavorings can be derived from corn, rice, or potatoes; when corn- or rice-derived, it does not contain gluten. If you require documentation for an allergen-sensitive application, request current specifications through our documentation page.

Do your flavors contain sugar or carbs?

Our liquid flavorings are unsweetened, and at typical dosing (a few drops per serving) contribute a negligible amount of carbohydrate. Powdered flavors carry a small amount of maltodextrin as a carrier; exact values are listed on the nutritional documentation for each product.

Why don't you just list one universal ingredient panel?

Because carrier and flavoring ingredients vary by specific product and format (liquid PG, liquid oil, or powder), composition is documented per product rather than site-wide. Certificates of Analysis and nutritional information are available on individual product pages or by request.

How do I get formal documentation for a specific flavor?
