PG, oil, and powder describe how the flavor is carried so it mixes properly. The flavor itself is not different.

• PG (water-soluble) flavors mix best with beverages and water-based recipes.
• Oil-based flavors mix best with candy, chocolate, fats, and oil-based products.
• Powdered flavors work best in dry mixes or applications where liquid is not ideal.

The label is there to help the flavor perform as expected.

Yes. Blending flavors is encouraged and is one of the biggest advantages of using flavor concentrates. Many customers create their own custom or signature flavors by combining two or more flavors.

When blending, always use flavors with the same carrier (type). Mixing PG with PG, oil with oil, or powder with powder ensures proper mixing and consistent results.

Yes. We offer local will-call pickup for orders placed and paid for online. Since we’re located in Las Vegas, many customers choose to pick up their order while visiting or traveling through the area.

Orders are ready for pickup only after you receive a confirmation email.

Our facility is a warehouse and is not open for in-person shopping. Pickup is available for customers or designated employees with order information.

Store flavors in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct light, and air exposure. Keep bottles tightly closed when not in use.

Changes in color, aroma, or appearance can happen naturally over time or due to temperature changes. This can include color shifts, stronger aroma, or visible crystallization that may look like strands or shard-like pieces in the bottle.

These changes are normal, do not indicate contamination, and do not affect safety or flavor performance. Gently warming the bottle and shaking it will usually resolve crystallization.

Because these are normal physical changes, they are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.
