At One on One Flavors/Get Suckered, our standard lead time for processing orders has been 2-3 weeks after payment has been successfully received. This does not encompass delivery time, as it will be determined by the carrier's service, over which we have no control. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to meet these deadlines for our customers to the best of our abilities.
Orders can be fulfilled within 24-72 hours of being placed but they may take as long as 7-10 days. Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. After your order has shipped, you'll receive a notification of shipment by email. Estimated shipping time frames are stated on the carrier website and WILL vary by the area and distance from the delivery destination and the time of year/season.
We pride ourselves on promptly processing orders containing in-stock items within a timeframe of 1–3 days. Orders submitted early in the day may even ship on the same day, excluding holidays and weekends. Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation order number via email. Subsequently, you'll be notified by email once your order has been shipped, accompanied by a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be scanned into the carrier's shipping system and display movement. Please note, if the flavor is not in stock, and for larger or specialized orders, such as gallon+ sizes, powders, custom flavors, gloss base, etc., please anticipate a longer processing time if applicable.
Overnight, Expedited/ 2nd Day, or 3 Day orders must be placed before 10:00 am PST. to be considered for shipping that same day. For larger orders (gallon, drum, custom flavors, etc.), please allow 2-4 weeks of processing time if applicable.
Please note: Delivery may take about 10–12 days after fulfillment. We will ship according to your selection; however, there have been significant delays with the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Please continue to check on the USPS website for updates. We will not be able to issue a refund for the shipping cost. International Orders: We ship worldwide! Our company exclusively uses UPS as our shipping carrier. While we do not offer alternative shipping methods at this time, we assure you that UPS is a reliable and efficient shipping option that ensures your package will arrive safely and on time. Customs obligations, import charges, and so forth are the customer's responsibility. We are not held liable for fees post-shipment. If these expenses are not paid by the purchaser and the package is returned to us, you will be expected to pay a 20% restocking charge if the product is no longer wanted or a second shipping fee to reship your package. All prices are in USD. Please allow 7–28 business days for the processing of all international orders.

To achieve this, we continuously monitor our inventory to ensure the products we provide meet the highest standards. As a result, there may be instances where we have specific products readily available, and in such cases, we are more than happy to expedite the shipping process, providing you with your order promptly.
