Our company ordered the wrong flavor, is there a return policy?
One-on-One Flavors, LLC, has a strict no return-no refund policy. Due to the nature of our business, these products cannot come back as an exchange or a return. To explain on the nature, since these flavors are subjected to multiple variables on the consumers end, whether it be storage conditions, including but not limited to the temperature of the warehouse or home they are kept in, along with the types of containers the flavors are kept or stored in, we would not be able offer a refund or exchange of your product. These flavors are Food Flavors that are Generally Recognized as Safe by the FDA and used for Beverages, Baking and other Purposes. If used for Vaping, use at your own risk and understand that because of other lists of variables in this industry, none that have been proven, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on your Purchases. You do have an option to try before you buy a large quantity. Just order a 10ml sample for less than $5 and you'll be able to see exactly the flavor you plan on purchasing. If you accidentally ordered something you did not want, we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.
Are the flavor sample packs 100% flavor extract or flavor concentrates?
For sample pack orders, all samples sent are 100% Flavor Concentrate. Depending on your application, you could create your normal mix by adding Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerine or even water - and then adding a small percentage of our flavor concentrate to the mix. The suggested usage rates for most flavors are between 1% and 15%. The taste will depend on your liking. Our flavors are highly concentrated so there may be an option for you to dilute the flavors with water or some other solvent.
Are you able to provide to us a specification sheet on the Flavors?
Yes. Upon request, we'll send out a copy of the Specification Sheet regarding the flavor ordered. Our Flavors are on the GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) list. Since our Manufacture provides this info to us, we do plan on passing along the information but not in the near future. Please keep an eye out for the section listed on our site as Certificate of Analysis.
Are you able to ship your products out Internationally?
Yes. We are currently shipping products Internationally and have shipped to the UK, Germany, Spain, China, South America, Canada and Australia. Please select USPS or UPS as the carrier.

Where do your Flavors come from?
Great question. They come directly from the manufacture. At the present time we do not manufacture our flavors. We buy them directly from the manufacture and sell them as is. We do not purchase our flavors from any Flavor Resellers.
How long does it normally take for an order to be processed and shipped out?
Although we do carry a good portion of our Flavors in Inventory, we do need to disclose to you that our flavor orders will ship out in 24-48 hours from you placing the order. Any sooner would be a plus. Overnight or Expedited orders, 2nd Day or 3 Day options, need to be placed before 10:00 am PST. in order to be considered for shipping the same day. We cannot guarantee that the product will be shipped that same day.
What about back orders, are there any?
All of our flavors are stored in our 6000 sq ft facility and are ready to ship when ordered. We check our inventory periodically and make an effort to make sure that there are no back orders. Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours of the order date. Please call us with any questions pertaining to your shipment.
Where do you source your flavors?
We only purchase them direct from the manufacture.
Will Call Orders
For orders that are selected as Will Call for Pick Up - Times for pick up are between 11:00 am PST and 2:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 10:00 am PST will be available to pick up after 1:00 pm PST the same day. If a Will Call order is placed after 10:00 am, the order will be available to pick up the following day after 11:00 am PST.
