At One on One Flavors, we take pride in delivering high-quality flavor concentrates crafted to the highest standards. To protect product safety and ensure fairness to all customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Why We Have This Policy
Flavor concentrates are sensitive products. Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot verify storage conditions, container safety, or environmental factors — all of which directly affect product performance. Accepting returns would compromise the safety and integrity of products for every customer we serve.
Additionally, flavor performance depends on variables outside our control, including your specific application (baking, beverages, cosmetics, etc.), mixing ratios, and storage conditions. Minor batch-to-batch variation in raw materials is also normal — all products remain FDA GRAS compliant.

Not sure about a flavor? We recommend starting small before placing a larger order.

Accidental Orders
Please review your cart carefully before checkout. Because all sales are final, we cannot issue refunds for incorrect items or sizes once an order is placed.
Vaping Applications
Many customers use our concentrates for DIY e-liquids. Please note that use in vaping applications is at your own risk. Performance depends on hardware, base materials, and personal preference — factors outside our control — and refunds cannot be issued based on vaping results.
