Keto Glazed Donuts

Pound cake

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup butter,softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Swerve (Or sweetener of your choice)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. OOOFlavors Vanilla Concentrate
  • 2 1/2 tsp. OOOFlavors Glazed Donut Flavor Concentrate
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Glaze (optional)

  • ¼ cup powdered Swerve
  • 3 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp. OOOFlavors Vanilla Flavor Concentrate
  • 1 tsp. OOOFlavors Glazed Donut Flavor Concentrate

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, toss in soften butter, softened cream cheese, and Swerve
2. Cream together the butter and Swerve and until smooth
3. Add in softened chunks of cream cheese and blend together until smooth
4. Add in the eggs, OOOFlavors Vanilla Concentrate, OOOFlavors Glazed Donut Concentrate
5. Blend in a mixer until smooth
6. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt
7. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the batter. Mix until blended and creamy looking
8. Grease your donut pan
9. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 15-17 minutes
10. Let the donuts cool before removing pan.
1. In a spice grinder grind the Swerve until powdered, if you are not using a confectioner’s Swerve
2. Add Swerve, heavy cream, OOOFlavors Vanilla Concentrate, and OOOFlavors Glazed Donut Concentrate
3. Use a whisk and blend
4. Top donuts
