- 1 tsp butter
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Cinnamon Powder
- Sliced Almonds (Optional)
- 10 Drops OOOFlavors Sucralose
- 15 Drops OOOFlavors Cinnamon Roll Flavor Concentrate
- 2 Tbsp powdered Swerve
- 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
- Melt butter in microwave mug and swirl to coat mug.
- Combine flour, baking powder, egg, salt, cinnamon, OOOFlavors Sucralose, OOOFlavors Cinnamon Roll, and sliced almonds. Stir until smooth.
- Microwave for about 90 second.
- Mix Swerve and heavy whipping cream together and drizzle onto cake.
