Homemade Lemonade Electrolyte Powder Recipe

Homemade Lemonade Electrolyte Powder Recipe

Ingredients:

15-20 Drops lemonade flavor concentrate (sugar-free)
1/2 cup sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
1/2 cup potassium chloride (optional, for additional electrolytes)
1/4 cup magnesium citrate powder
1/4 cup calcium citrate powder
1/4 cup natural sweetener (e.g., stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit)
1 teaspoon natural food coloring (optional, for visual appeal)

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the lemonade flavor concentrate, sea salt, potassium chloride (if using), magnesium citrate powder, calcium citrate powder, and natural sweetener. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

If you'd like to add a touch of color to your electrolyte powder, mix in the natural food coloring until you achieve the desired shade.

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or a resealable plastic bag for storage. Label the container with the name and date to ensure freshness.

To use:

Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of the homemade lemonade electrolyte powder in 8-16 ounces of water, depending on your taste preference. Stir or shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.

Enjoy your homemade lemonade electrolyte drink before, during, or after physical activity to help replenish lost electrolytes and stay hydrated.

Note: This recipe can be customized to suit your taste preferences or dietary needs. Feel free to adjust the amount of sweetener, flavor concentrate, or electrolyte components to create your perfect electrolyte powder.
