Topping
- ½ cup crushed pecans
- 6 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (e.g., Zero Syrup Maple)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS

Blend and mix: In a large bowl or food processor, blend together pumpkin purée, cauliflower, eggs, heavy cream, melted butter, cinnamon, sea salt, and all OOOFlavors concentrates and sweetener until smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste if needed.

Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.

Assemble the casserole: Pour the blended mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Add the topping: In a small bowl, mix together crushed pecans, sugar-free maple syrup, and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
