Creamy Cauliflower Mash with OOOFlavors

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag (12 oz) of riced cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (plus more if needed)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 drops of OOOFlavors Mashed Potato Flavor Concentrate

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the cauliflower: Microwave the riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl for 4–5 minutes, or until tender. If using a stovetop, steam or boil the cauliflower for 6–8 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
  2. Combine ingredients: Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a food processor. Add the heavy cream, butter, salt, pepper, and OOOFlavors Mashed Potato Flavor Concentrate.
  3. Blend: Process the mixture until smooth and creamy. For a chunkier texture, pulse the mixture rather than blending continuously.
  4. Adjust consistency: If the mash is too thick, add a splash of heavy cream until the desired consistency is achieved. For extra flavor, mix in shredded cheese of your choice.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives, if desired. Serve warm.
