This easy banana-flavored keto muffin recipe uses almond flour, cream cheese, eggs, and OOOFlavors Banana Flavoring for a delicious low-carb treat.

Just blend the ingredients, pour into a muffin tin, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Optional walnuts add crunch, and a dollop of whipped cream makes the perfect finish. Great for a quick keto snack or breakfast!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of soften cream cheese
  • 2 TBSP of soften Kerrygold Butter or any butter of your choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 10 drops of OOOFlavors Banana Flavoring
  • 10 drops of OOOFlavors Sucralose, Erythritol, or any sweetener of your choice
  • 3 TBSP of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3/4 cup of Walnuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven 350 degrees on Bake.
  2. Put together all your ingredients and blend it in a blender.
  3. Use butter or oil spray of your choice on a muffin or cupcake tin pan and pour your ingredients halfway in each mold.
  4. Bake it for 15 mins or until golden brown.
  5. Let it cool for 5 mins and enjoy it with whipping cream!
