- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups Swerve (Or sweetener of your choice)
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. OOOFlavors Vanilla Concentrate
- 2 1/2 tsp. OOOFlavors Blueberry Fruit Flavor Concentrate
- ½ tsp. salt
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, toss in soften butter, softened cream cheese, and Swerve
- Cream together the butter and Swerve and until smooth
- Add in softened chunks of cream cheese and blend together until smooth
- Add in the eggs, OOOFlavors Vanilla Concentrate, OOOFlavors Blueberry Fruit Concentrate
- Blend in a mixer until smooth
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt
- Slowly add the dry ingredients into the batter. Mix until blended and creamy looking
- Grease your pan
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 15-17 minutes
- Let the Madeleine Cookies cool before removing pan.
