Pineapple Whip Frozen Treat
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 Can Of Coconut Cream (13.5 fl oz)
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 Pinch Of Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tsp Of OOOFlavors Monk-fruit Sweetener
  • 15 Drops OOOFlavors Vanilla Flavor Concentrate
  • 20 Drops OOOFlavors Pineapple Flavor Concentrate
  • 50 Drops OOOFlavors Pineapple Juice Concentrate

DIRECTIONS
1. Gently mix all above ingredients together
2. Add mixture into ice cream maker
3. Press “Start” on your ice cream maker (time will differ depending on brand)
4. Add additional time if necessary. The whip frozen treat will have a soft, creamy
texture
5. If a firmer consistency is desired, transfer into an airtight container and place in the
freezer for about 2 hours.
6. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving

We used a Cuisinart ICE-70 Series to make our pineapple whip frozen treat
