Passion Fruit Sorbet

Here's a recipe for a delicious and refreshing Passion Fruit Sorbet using Passion Fruit flavor concentrate:


  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 15-20 Drops cup passion fruit flavor concentrate
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Pinch of salt


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and salt. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the passion fruit flavor concentrate and lime juice.
  3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then pour it into a blender and blend until smooth.
