Low Carb Mini Heart Waffle Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 Tbsp Carb Quick
  • 1/4 Cup Sweetener
  • 1 Tsp Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Tsp OOOFlavors Maple Syrup or Pancake Flavoring
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 
  • 1/4 Cup Plant Based Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together well & preheat oven at 350˚.
  2. Line your cupcakes & using an ice cream scoop add one scoop to each cupcake mold.
  3. Make sure to have about 1/4 cup of batter for the heart waffles. Bake for 18 mins check to make sure they are done.
  4. Allow to cool to touch, then heat your mini heart waffle maker.
  5. Spread about a Tbsp of batter using the back of the spoon or spatula, gently press upside the cupcake, just let it cook until it done.
