Keto Mashed Cauliflower

Here's a recipe for Keto Mashed Cauliflower using Mashed Potato concentrate:


  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 15-20 drops cup mashed potato flavor concentrate


  1. Steam or boil the chopped cauliflower until it's soft.
  2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, butter, salt, black pepper, and mashed potato flavor concentrate to the blender or food processor.
  4. Blend the mixture until it's smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  6. Serve the mashed cauliflower hot.
