Keto Madeleine Cookies
  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Swerve (Or sweetener of your choice)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. OOOFlavors Vanilla Concentrate
  • 2 1/2 tsp. OOOFlavors Blueberry Fruit Flavor Concentrate
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, toss in soften butter, softened cream cheese, and Swerve
  2. Cream together the butter and Swerve and until smooth
  3. Add in softened chunks of cream cheese and blend together until smooth
  4. Add in the eggs, OOOFlavors Vanilla Concentrate, OOOFlavors Blueberry Fruit Concentrate
  5. Blend in a mixer until smooth
  6. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt
  7. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the batter. Mix until blended and creamy looking
  8. Grease your pan
  9. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 15-17 minutes
  10. Let the Madeleine Cookies cool before removing pan.
