Cinnamon Applesauce

Cinnamon Applesauce
  • 6 pounds assorted sweet apples, peeled, cored and quartered
  • 1 cup apple juice or cider
  • ½ cup sugar, as desired
  • 1 - teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-3 drops (subjective) OOOFlavors Vanilla Flavoring
  • 2 drops OOOFlavors Cinnamon Roll Flavoring


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally until apples are soft and saucy, 1 to 1 ½ hours.
  3. Add more sugar if needed. If desired, stir in 1-tablespoon butter.
